Expand How do I create an account?
     United States Locations:

   1. Enter an e-mail address where you want all confirmations and correspondence sent.
 
   2. Create a password.
 
   3. Your billing address must exactly match the address where your bank sends your credit card statements.
       If the address you provide does not exactly match the address where your bank sends your credit card statements,  
       it will be necessary for our credit department to contact you for additional verification before processing your order.
       This may result in your order being delayed.
 
   4. Do not enter any information in the field marked "Non-US State".
 
   5. Your shipping address can be different than your billing address.
       However, we suggest you notify your credit card company of a third party shipping address and have them add it to your file.
       Regardless, if the shipping address differs from the billing address your order may be delayed until we can obtain additional
       verification from you.
       Furthermore, we reserve the right to refuse to ship an order if we cannot verify a third party shipping address.
 
 
     Non-US Locations:

       Finally, be sure to select your country by clicking on the drop-down indicator located at the "Country" window.

       If you are a first time customer you will need to click on the "Sign In" tab located within the toolbar area of this website  
       in order to create your account profile. 
   
       Once you have registered, you may login to our website with your e-mail address and password and begin shopping.   
       Please enter your information carefully and accurately and remember to save your password for easy login on future orders.

About Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
Expand Returns Policy

       Returns will be refunded after the warehouse has inspected items and declares the items are in their original condition.
       You may return an item within the first 14 days after receipt so long as the items are in the original condition for a full refund,
       this excludes bargain items.
 
       Shipping & handling is not refundable for returns.
       You may exchange an item within 30 days of receipt for another item or store credit.
 
       No refunds are available for sale items – only exchange or store credit Products must be in the condition you received them
       and in the original box and/or packaging.
 
       Items worn, with stains cannot be returned. If you do ship such items, INKA FASHION will not be responsible for processing
       and returning such items.

       The minimum is 1 dozen per style per color
Expand Will I be charged sales tax?

       We are wholesaler and do not collect sales tax,
       Florida companies will have to provide us with up to date resale certificate
 
 
Expand What if I received the wrong item?

       Should you receive an incorrect item please contact our Customer Care Department for assistance.
       If we have mistakenly sent you the wrong item, we will arrange to pick up the incorrect item at our expense.
       As soon as we receive the item at our warehouse we will send you the correct item, also at our expense.
Expand I received a damaged item, what should I do?

       We apologize if you have received any damaged items with your order.
       We understand this is a huge disappointment. But we can exchange any items that were mistakenly sent to you.
       Make sure to request an exchange so that we can get you the items you wanted in the first place.
       Select ‘defective’ as the reason for your return.
Expand Can I make changes to or cancel my order?

       While your order is in the Shopping Cart you can make as many changes to your order as you wish.
       Once you have completed the checkout process your order cannot be changed.
       However, it may be possible to cancel your order provided the Order Status indicator still displays "Open".
       To check the status of your order please follow these easy steps:
 
       1. Click on the "My Account" tab located within the toolbar area of this website.
       2. Click on the "View Your Orders" option to see the status of your order.
 
       If the Order Status indicator for your order displays "Open", you may proceed to cancel your order as follows:
 
           1. Click on the order number that corresponds with the order you wish to cancel.
           2. Click on the "Cancel Order" button. That will complete the process.
 
       Please be advised that if the Order Status indicator displays either "In Process" or "Shipped" then your order cannot be cancelled. 
       If you are able to cancel your order, you will receive a confirmation of the cancellation by e-mail.
       You may then enter a new order.

Expand What shipping company do you utilize?

       We utilize UPS ground or any other alternative shipping company that works better for you.
       Call in advance to make arrangements.
Expand What is the estimated time for shipping?

       Accepted orders that are received by 3:00pm EST (Monday-Friday) are guaranteed to be shipped the same day.
       Accepted orders received after 3:00pm EST (Monday-Friday) may be shipped on the same day,
       but are only guaranteed to be shipped on the next business day.
       Orders that are received on weekends or holidays will be shipped no later than the next business
       day after the order has been accepted.
       Standard delivery time will vary from 2-6 business days to most destinations.
       Occasionally we might be out of stock on certain products even though the website shows the item is available.
       We will contact you by e-mail should this occur with an estimated delivery timetable.
       You may cancel that portion of your order should this not meet your needs,
       however, you will not be able to cancel the order yourself.
       You will need to contact our Customer Care Department by e-mail or telephone and we will cancel that portion
       of the order on your behalf.
       Although UPS is our primary shipping carrier we reserve the right to ship your order through the
       United States Postal Service (USPS) or any other carrier that we deem appropriate.
       For orders shipped via standard ground delivery service to locations in the 
       United States you can determine the approximate number of transit days required for your order to arrive at its destination
       (excluding weekends and holidays) by referring to the map below.
 
 
 
      
 
      
Expand How much will my shipping costs be?

       Your shipping charge will vary depending on the weight of your package.
       If you wish to check your shipping charges before you make a purchase; add items to your cart and click the *check out* button.
       Your total merchandise & shipping charges will be calculated before you charge your credit card.
       Your package will be shipped by UPS.

       Please allow 4-7 business days for ground shipping. Express shipping options are available for Next Afternoon or 2nd Business Day.
      
       All our international orders will be reviewed, calculated and a quote will be sent to you, you will not be charge before the shiping cost.
 
       Your shipping charges will vary on weight and country of destination.
      
       Drop-ship items and expedited shipping is only available for domestic US orders.
       Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.
       Your package will be subject to customs/duties charges.
 
       INKA FASHION is not responsible for customs/duties charges.
       These costs are determined by your local customs office.
 
       INKA FASHION cannot determine the cost of these charges in advance.
       We cannot mark International orders as a gift in order to bypass or reduce any customs fees this is an illegal practice
       and as an established business we will not do this.
      
       For more information on customs and duties charges, please contact your local customs office.
Expand What if my order gets lost in shipping?

       If you believe your shipment might be lost, please contact our Customer Care Department for assistance.
       Orders that are lost due to incorrect delivery address information provided by you are strictly your responsibility
       and are not eligible for a refund.
       However, should a lost order be due to our mistake we will promptly send you a duplicate order
       at our expense, or issue you a full refund at your request.
 
       Claims for non-receipt of an order must be made within 10 days from the date the order was shipped.
Expand What if I refuse delivery of my order?

       If you refuse delivery of your order from the carrier service for any reason whatsoever, it will be
       treated as an unauthorized return and reimbursement to your credit card for such an unauthorized
       return will be as follows:
 
       If the return is from a location in the United States, we will only reimburse your credit card for the purchase price of the item
 
       1. less the original shipping & handling charge, and
       2. less the return shipping charge, and
       3. less any free standard shipping charges and additional volume discounts, and
       4. less any gift or promotional values associated with the order, and
       5. less a re-stocking fee equivalent to 50% of the merchandise value of such refused order.
 
       Shipments to locations outside the United States are international shipments. If delivery of an
       international shipment is refused by the customer, and as a result of such refusal, the courier
       service demands payment of any costs incurred, including, but not limited to customs fees,
       duties, taxes, and/or other import related charges, we will pay all such costs. Accordingly, we
       will only reimburse your credit card for the purchase price of the item
 
       1. less all such costs as indicated above, and
       2. less the original shipping & handling charge, and
       3. less the return shipping charge, and
       4. less any free standard shipping charges and additional volume discounts, and
       5. less any gift or promotional values associated with the order, and
       6. less a re-stocking fee equivalent to 50% of the merchandise value of such refused order.
 
       If the courier service is unsuccessful in their attempt to deliver your order, and whereas the
       courier begins a "return to sender" procedure, all costs associated with such "return to sender"
       procedure will be the sole financial responsibility of the customer. Accordingly, we will only
       reimburse your credit card for the purchase price of the item
 
       1. less all such costs as indicated above, and
       2. less the original shipping & handling charge, and
       3. less the return shipping charge, and
       4. less any free standard shipping charges and additional volume discounts, and
       5. less any gift or promotional values associated with the order, and
       6. less a re-stocking fee equivalent to 50% of the value of the returned merchandise.
 
       In addition, if the order is an international shipment, we will further reduce the amount to be
       reimbursed to your credit card by any customs fees, duties, taxes, and/or other import related
       charges that have been paid by us to the courier as indicated herein above.
